Honey Lager Light
A light beer with a distinctive crisp flavor and floral
overtones. Only Wisconsin clover honey and light barley
malt are used to produce this refreshing American style
lager.
Bavarian Weiss
A traditional German Hefeweizen that boasts a fruity banana
and clove taste. Using unique weiss yeast, after fermentation
this beer is served unfiltered and with a fresh lemon wedge.
Water Street Amber
Sweet carmel malt and fresh Oregon hops combined to produce
this extraordinary rich in color Amber lager with a truly
distinctive aroma.
Pale Ale
This American Style pale ale has generous amounts of whole
flower hops to produce a rich, spicy flavor and aroma.
Old World Oktoberfest
A dark German Lager brewed with 6 malts and carefully aged
to produce a smooth hearty beer.
Munich Lager
A Munich style German Lager, light in color but hearty in
flavor.
Raspberry Weiss
200 pounds of fresh raspberries are added to our traditional
Weiss beer resulting in a deep red brew with real raspberry
flavor.
WSB's Brown Ale
A combination of the English and American style. It has a great flavor from caramel malt but No chocolate malt. The other malt used was victory which has a dark fruity flavor like raisins or dates. The Ale yeast used was English Nottingham which produces additional fruit flavors. It is hopped with a combination of European and American hops to a medium degree. Some light citrus notes are evident, but not overpowering. Emphasis is on caramel malt character and could be described as a caramel covered raisin.

Porter
This deep brown/black English ale is similar to a Stout,
but smoother and more chocolate flavored than coffee flavored.
Stout
Robust hearty black Irish ale. Use of roasted barley produces
coffee and dark chocolate flavors.
Dopplebock
Bock is German term for ram or goat, denoting “strength.”
Our bock is a hearty lager, made with flavorful malts to
product a rich, warming beer.
